This looks like it should have been a COBRA Command weapon.

Yep. It's a Ruger Mark IV like Snow Job has, but without the Picatinny rails and contoured grip and all that.

I think it's the Mk2, guess it makes sense cause he might have to dispatch varmints in the swamps outside the Terrordrome

I'm still disappointed Big Ben doesn't have realistic weapons, should've been the SA80.

I can't be 100% sure for now, since there's no physical "blaster" to look at at the moment, but I blew up the image, and it appears to have the receiver frame screw present on the MKIV and missing on the earlier models in the Mark series.
