So I'm thinking about easy ways to attach things like Frag Viper's grenade to his thrower, or insufficient mounting pegs like the small ones on the Walmart HISS tanks, and I saw this on Amazon. Has anyone used this before?

I use clear museum putty.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07K83X7M8 Sticks and holds well, but can be removed easily without damaging anything. The "Pro Power" stuff you linked seems like overkill for the purposes you describe. Do you need something that's going to hold like superglue, or would you just like the figures to not fall over? |

I like your solution better though, it seems like it's made more for what we're doing. It's cheaper too. Is it safe on Joe factory paint? If so, I'll give it a try before I resort to anything else. |

I use it on all my 1982-84 figures with fragile heels rather than put them on the stand pegs. Have had no problems. It peels off very easily with some rubbing and rolling motion.
