Element Extraction This episode starts off with a dogfight. Low-Light does some long range sniping on some COBRAs. Beachhead is wounded and Roadblock is captured. By the way, what's in the package?

seen all those videos. I love Gijoeburg. and I was way more rough with my joes then he was in the videos. I was into the hand to hand combat so all my figures had loose joints lol.

I would set them up outside where we had high grass and rocks near a garden, and take pictures with a Polaroid. Then I'd write short stories about it, like a little Marvel comic lol. I'd kill to have them again.

When I was by myself, I would just set up extravagant scenes and then put them away.
I did set up a little airfield on the concrete walkway in our yard when I got a used Skystriker because it was too big to fit anywhere else. When my brother would play it was always mostly just stupidity and making fun of their code names or the figure's appearance. He is 5 years younger than me. Salvo became "Baldy Sour". When my friends were over, we occasionally had battles but it was mostly just setting things up and talking about it. I think I was more into making 'accurate' looking scenes than playing out battles. |

I would play either in my bedroom or outside by the/in the pool. In my bedroom, I would use the file cards to create a maze of corridors leading up to the Terror Drome, so my Cobra defenders had a nice line of fire to light up any Joes that came by land.

I played in my room, often using Tomax and Xamot's zip-line thingy to stretch from the bookcase to the captain's bed* so the Joes could do some dynamic entry into the desk area and shoot the Cobra's taking hostages. If I busted out the vehicles, they'd usually be the Skystriker and Rattler dogfighting. Before I got the Rattler, it was the Skystriker dogfighting my Fisher Price Adventure People F-15.
The Joes also got to team up with Action Force (mostly Quarrel with the Rapid-Fire Bike and Steeler with the Battle Tank - SASF Stalker got repurposed as a 'Cobra Black Death Guardsman' because of the lower number of Cobras I had) or hijack their vehicles. I'd also repurpose the Joes to be Ghostbusters or original characters. *like a bunk bed, but a desk, drawers and a cupboard underneath. Last edited by CapBritain; 01-20-2022 at 03:33 PM.. |

i liked to recreate movies and tv shows with my joes... here is a few examples. the famous Road Warrior chase scene at the end of the movie. the airplane crash in the movie ALIVE. and the "V" Tv series also. and of course I love recreating the 1978 Dawn of the Dead movie lol. yeah I was young but my dad let me watch that movie at a very young age.
