Concepts I like but don't like the figures: Link (Navy SEAL w/ Kung-Fu training), Med Alert (we need more medics, especially with cool wrist computers), Hi-Tech and Sgt. Hacker

From the ROC movie I liked the Neo-Vipers and their various repaints/retools.

My favorite is the Cobra Shock Troopers from Pursuit of Cobra.

Medi-Viper: I'm a sucker for Vipers, and this guy filled a gap in their ranks.

Iron Klaw: Extreme was pretty over the top, but Iron Klaw's at least a pretty cool looking villain.

Red Scream: I didn't really care much about her when she initially showed up in the Extreme comics, but I actually grew pretty fond of her as the Joe fancanon wove her into the Red Shadows.

Munitia: Not a lot on her, but I like the small bit I've seen.

Barrel Roll, Blackout, Bombstrike: The Stall siblings were decent, and at least had a little bit more story to them over some of the other new characters.

Rampage (Walter McDaniel): Beach Head's old Ranger buddy was a nice addition to Beach Head's background, and also made this guy stand out a little bit for me.

Snowbank and Black Ice: These guys don't really count, but for some reason I really liked these two from the Canadian Joe meets. Someday I'm hoping to whip up customs of the two, since I have zero chance of ever getting them.

Shadow Tracker is pretty cool for a modern character.

Big Brawler only because he reminds me of all the goofy Christopher Lowell memes on JoeCustoms when he was released.

Figure-wise, I like the Cobra Night Adder, basically an MP / K-9 Cobra security guard with a dog and a SPAS-12. Pretty cool figure that isn't very well-known.
