BBTS should be embarrassed by the service they have given. They seem content to just say its there dock delays and not our fault but series 3 is about to be released and they still haven't come through with series 1. If we can get series 1 elsewhere I would be straight on it.
In other news wave 2b is shipping next week! |

We have space cleared out and are waiting on these products to come. We have boxes premade to minimize the packing work needed. We care about our customers and understand waiting for orders through us when other companies have got theirs have been discouraging. We are not offering store credit or other compensation for the wait times. We expect a level of professionalism in spite of the irritation and wait times on these, and are giving it in return. We have offered cancellation at any point for any customers who do not want to partake further in getting these items from us. We are happy to assist but our representatives are people also and deserve the respect they show to you. Even if you don't feel you have been unprofessional it is coming across that way. Honestly, at this point, we would be parting ways with you as a customer. We would be canceling your orders due to the disrespect you have shown our representatives to date. We overlooked it knowing you are under a lot of stress on these items and that this line you have a personal connection with but may not be able to continue to do so going forward. For both our sakes, at this time our Manager will be the only one to communicate with you on the items. Our representatives are going to be redirecting you to her. She will be prompt and make sure you get responses to your inquiries but may be out for the day from time to time. You have asked previously to be escalated several times to the manager/owner level, so we are accommodating your request. At this point, we are requiring professionalism from both sides in this manner." It seems this is a generic form typed up for this issue. Either way, be careful, even if you are nice they are apparently blocking phone calls willy nilly. Their phone support was in the dark and says they can't block numbers. Clearly something is amiss there, it ain't like it used to be. Screenshot this message it will likely be deleted. BBTS spends on ads and uses this to stifle honest feedback.

I've had product on preorder for over a year, politely inquired about it (even had a couple items canceled with an apology about not being able to restock them) and haven't had this type of customer service response at all. That's the type of response given to an incessant, demanding, unreasonable Karen.

I just expect Wave 1 got stuck under everything sitting at the ports, and 2A and 2B are new arrivals so of course they can find them easily.
Plus I still don't doubt Vala shifting some of the stuff destined for BBTS to his own website for his restocks. |
