If Hasbro ever thought of making and releasing a new 3 inch Retro B.A.T. figure sometime, which appearance would they go for for the B.A.T?
the original look or what? |

First one will always be the best. Definitely one of the more popular figures and a guaranteed seller, they should jump on it.

Version 1 all the way. Black & Yellow. Or Black & Orange for the OCD crowd.
Since I don?t see it happening any time soon, I?ll need to hoard all the Classified B.A.T.S and find a shrink ray to bolster my 4? ranks.

I'm assuming they are just recreating the original 80s figures anyway, right? Even if they were updating some, the BAT probably never really needs updating. In design, at least. In context of GI Joe, he's pretty timeless.

Love that Duke in your signature. Really wish this was the direction retro was going, but I assume we will get re-releases.

If they update the BAT in any way, I'd like for them to make the left hand also removable, who doesn't want a BAT with both a flame thrower and a machine gun! And a running change with some having a red face plate like on the cartoon would be awesome.

That update to the hand would be great. Regardless, the vintage BAT is a work of art as far as toys go, one of the best ARAH figures, I'll definitely pick up a few, even though I'm probably just going to cherry pick the line, overall.
