Looking for some constructive opinions regarding my joe verse

So, i am organizing my ROC joe verse, and i am going to make two joe field teams with 12 operators each, and an admin team of 5 joes that do base stuff but don't actually do field work. I am in phase one right now, trying to populate my 5 man admin team for the base. I would like your opinions on which characters you would think would be best for the 5 man admin team. I am thinking of this so far:

Hawk - Command and tactical planning
Doc - CMO
Dialtone - Comms/Datatech

Thats all i can think of at the moment. So, what do you think? Once i get my admin team pinned down, i will move on to my field ops teams.

I'd say add Cover Girl and Breaker to your admin team.

hawk-commanding offcr/tactics
doc-medical offcr
dialtone and breaker-communications
mainframe-computer tech
covergirl and clutch-mechanics/munitions

actually you should go with covergirl and clutch as mechanics...mainframe and breaker...

well, im trying to keep my admin team at 5 people to be the "nerve cluster" of joe base ops... Mechanics and base maintenance would be done by greenshirts, along with armorers and such. I plan on breaker being a field operative for comms/data, so he is not available for a base job. I am teetering on covergirl due to her status post movie (which is what my joeverse is based upon). I figure Dialtone can do comms and computers, since she showed that aptitude in resolute. Sooo....

Hawk - CO/Tactical admin
Doc - CMO/Personnel Health
Dialtone - Comms/Data
Sgt. Stone - Training/Quartermaster/Armorer
??????? - ????????????????????

Base team - Hawk, Doc, Breaker, Mainframe and Dial Tone.

Don't need a trainer, that wastes a spot on the 5-man team.

You need:
Officer In Charge
Communications
Intel/Analyst
Networking
Medical (don't think you really need that in a admin team, that would be a seperate function like mechanics/armory/training but if you want it.. it's your Joeverse).

You're definately messing that intelligence/analyst "job".
