If you had to choose a new brand name for G.I. Joe, what would it be?

Renaming it is preposterous to me. The name is perfect and iconic, just like Captain America's.

They can dub anything they want over the movie overseas, as long as their first mission is to make it properly for the people who live in the country where the characters were created. I would never be so arrogant as to tell the U.K. to rename Captain Britain, and if I lived in the U.K. I wouldn't be so low in self-esteem that I would let foreign interests dictate how my character is written.

My thinking is that the current brand name doesn't accurately represent the myriad of concepts represented (and hasn't for a while): ninjas, robots, monsters, etc.

I don't mind G.I. Joe if it was kept as a brand name for a strictly military toyline.

What would help if Joe Colson actually was the star and not just a guy they're named after and he was the lead instead of Duke and maybe if they fought other people other than just Cobra and drop the Real American Hero tagline, because it's outdated and is meaningless, like what is it supposed to mean now, like are you trying to say that only soldiers are real heroes and not firefighters and doctors?
