Were you first introduced to the toy? The comic book? The cartoon? Other?

Accidentally ran across "Countdown for Zartan" in the early days of YouTube, and have loved it ever since.

You didn't put an other option.
I found out about it through a classmate who got Footloose for his birthday. Then I asked my dad to take me to Sears and all they had were the Twins. Got them and the rest is history.

My cousin got the FLAK and Stalker for Christmas (1982, I believe). I thought both were cool, but I wouldn't bite on Joe for a few more years. I was in love with MOTU at the time

I have vague memories of seeing the toys at Toys R Us or Children's Palace. Around the 84 figures, not knowing what the Dreadknoks were or why they were so dressed down compared to others. LOL
But beyond that, it was the totality of the brand, toys/cartoons/comics/stickers/etc. |

Went to a local toy store in Bellingham, Washington with my Grandpa, and they had several of the first wave of (straight-arm) figures on the pegs. Wanted Snake-Eyes because he looked coolest but he was already out of stock, so ended up with Flash instead.

It was Action Force over here in the UK but I remember seeing Airtight, Alpine, Shipwreck some of the dreadnoks in a small toy store they were not available in all toys shops. Was the same place I got my WWF videos from too. Good memories, I think me and my brother got 1 figure each and we would get another each time we visited over the months.

We need one more poll option- received as a gift.
My intro was either Christmas or a Birthday (see: I'm too old to remember).
