google images for him or search through devientart.com for some refrence. If you don't mind buying stuff the best refence is comics and wait for it ...... THE ACTION FIGURE!!
It's Flint. He is one of the easist ones to make. You buy the entire outfit at a army surplus store and since you're American I am guessing you have lots of those. =P He has what? Black shirt, camo pants, army boots, brown gloves and a black barret? The patch on the hat would be super easy to make too. The costume part is easy, finding yourself the best accesory on the planet for that costume will be the toughest. Getting so hottie to join you as Lady Jaye. ;) |

I made a Duke costume in 2006 to wear to San Diego ComicCon. Most of it I was able to simply buy at a local surplus store: the green BDUs, tan shirt, and Airborne pin, and my dad had the boots. All we had to actually make were the belt and bandoleer, which took some time and patience, but resulted in a pretty close match to the cartoon version.
Study images of Flint in various episodes and (or if you don't have any) look up as many images online as you can find. Like Rebound said, I bet much of it could be purchased at a surplus store for affordable prices. Good luck. |
