All three logos are similar with a shuriken and similar fonts. The Action Figure News and Toy Review's Official Convention Issue photos that are on the 3DJoes unproduced page says they would have had "new mechanized weapons to separate this series from the previous series." The Storm Shadow packaging they showed says "Spring-Action Skull Smash". |

I feel like they are a continuation of Ninja Force and Shadow Ninjas.

given the 1990s predilection for the paranormal, how about a X-Files/MIB type subteam of Joes in black suits and ludicrously oversized weapons.

Did anyone ever hear of "cobra lava squadron"? Was poking around on bing imagine, and found someone who made a custom of this cancelled subteam. I thought I was up to date on cancelled and prototype items. Or is he just full of it? I think he has a Pinterest account. I was at work, and I got blocked from going further. Now I can't find it quickly.

An expanded Dino Hunters line with a better dinos would be great. Marvel inspired antiheroes would've been on the radar, too

I wasn't into the 90s Joes back then, but if they would make them now I'd be all over it!
