The sunbow cartoon was aired in Japan as well. There are some episodes on YouTube and the dub is wild.

I had a Polar Battle Bar that was in Japanese packag8ing that my Dad got on a business trip in the 80s.
It had a small pic on the back of a kid playing with The Flagg. I had never seen that toy before. That tiny picture captivated me! I had it cut out and stuck on the wall in my room.... Have still never even seen a Flagg in person. :(
