I too hope we get zarana and zandar, and with zarana she could come with two heads.....one with pink hair and a cartoon accurate orange haired head.

The designer Lenny wants to have some fun with the line. He already mentioned Voltar in one interview. He made Pimp Daddy Destro. He wants to dig deeper and Zandar would be one he would probably see as a fun challenge for updating. Also, the design team is excited about the Dreadnoks. They mentioned wanting to make a huge Road Pig in one interview.

Think of everything happening with GI Joe now, that 16 months ago seemed like pipe dreams. 6" line. TV series. Inclusion in Fortnite. 2 video games. 2 movies, one already made and one being planned. The chances for Zandar have risen many many times over. It's a matter of sooner, or later now. Sooner, I hope. I think Lenny could design a badass Zandar, while keeping many of his classic elements.

I think Lenny has no interest since he never replied to me when I emailed him, and Zartan has a scarf. Hasbro's (anonymous source) response to someone else about Zandar was pretty cold. He is "not on their radar at this time."

I get that. But why do you like the characters? Something they did in the 'toon, something in the comic book, you have a twin brother that they remind you of? What? Just curious. Only person I ever met that likes these characters so much.

But no reason like when zandar died in issue 153 but we found out it was a dream in 154 or got his leg cut off in 145? Or in the toon when they were spies for the government and were really married and all the memories of being related to zartan was implanted. Crazy stuff. What did you think of the actors performance that played Zandar in retaliation?
