Yep...the terrible secret is out. I'm surprised that nobody's mentioned that there were Hasbro 3.75" Street Fighter II action figures released on GI Joe type cards using a lot of the same tooling, o rings, articulation etc. I never bought them, but I think I remember seeing them at KayBee (RIP)...I think they had file cards on the back.
It was a dark time for GI Joe. I think they even resorted to making Mortal Kombat figures at one point, same style as the Street Fighter and neon GI Joe figures and everything, but on cheaper packaging. Last edited by Wylde Weezle; 08-09-2009 at 01:15 AM.. |

According to IMDB, G.I. Joe was featured in Indian In The Cupboard. I never saw it, but I remember from the trailers that toys, including Darth Vader, come to life.

that was one of the biggest stinkiest piles of k-9 excrement the i have ever seen in my fanboy life it is now the measure on how awful a movie is like glitter or a madonna movie
