Question Regarding the Bomb Defusing Robot

I have a quick question. Aside from the 2008 Convention set, was the bomb-defusing robot issued with any other figures or sets? Thanks.

If its the same one it was in a walmart exclusive in 2010 that had roadblock, tripwire, and the outpost defender playset. Thought I did a search and didnt see it or any robots in the 2008 set. Sure you got the right one?

Tunnel Rat v12 - 2011 came with fhe same robot as Convention Long Arm.
