I bought my figure as an adult collector, so I don't know exactly, but according to the info on Blood for the Baron, you got the figure, backpack, rifle and a 'flexi-disc' (me either) and a sew-on patch. Pictures can be found here:
SPECIAL CORPS Alls I know is, like I said, they periodically printed the form in Transformers and I filled out several intending to send off for it, but couldn't get my mum to agree to get the postal order I needed to send off for it. Squinting at the pictures on BFTB of the other side of that insert it looks like it says you got a 'command file', which I guess is something like the one the American one came with. .... Right...I just dug through my box of Transformers comics and found one with the ad on the back. You got: the figure and accessories, "your OWN Action Force combat command file", a personal welcome letter from Hawk, Your Action Force Special Corps membership card, a giant AF poster that features YOU along with all the other AF and Cobra members (uses the filecard art), a top secret flexi-disc message from Hawk with a great monthly competition, for Special Corps members ONLY, a Special Corps badge to show others that you are one of the Elite. (presumably that's the patch.) On the Special Corps Figure Biography Data order form for the Special Corps club action figure, question 5 asks for a selection from the options: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, and Coast Guard. Then scrolling down to question 10 where the schooling/training lists asks for three selections from the 10 options of the United States armed forces specialized training. I’m not complaining or anything, but this puzzles me because I would have placed options more indigenous to that region for the service branch question, and had schooling more unique to the United Kingdom for the other options. Maybe it was intended for uniformity that the Special Corps/Steel Brigade members had the same information for the combat command files, but it just comes across to me as laziness on the part of the manufacturer.

laziness on the part of the manufacturer clearly nails it, the UK filecards frequently changed as little as possible - maybe a real name, like Sci-Fi becoming Sebastian Fine instead of Seymour, usually a birthplace, and often little else. Leatherneck is the worst offender of this laziness as well as proof of how badly it was done since he is recast as being German and they simply subbed out the references to Parris Island and Lejeune and so on with German place names which in practice are probably meaningless if the German Marines don't have bases there. Why he wasn't left a US Marine I've no idea. Some of the nationality changes make some sense - Recondo as an Australian seems legit with that hat, Airtight having a Germanic real name makes sense for him being German - but others just seem random as hell like making Ace Canadian, Roadblock French-Congolese in 1985 or British in 1994, making Stalker French or Doc Jamaican.
