I saw Gi Joe Sunbow Season 1.1 out at walmart

I was in walmart today when I saw Gi Joe Season 1.1 box set out for retail. Went for 19.99. Is this already out at retail? I havn't been keeping that close of an eye out on the cartoon release. This out at your walmarts yet?

it's been out a little while now, 2 weeks maybe? Can't remember when I picked it up, but it was on it's release date.
