Of course, Keel-Haul, Shipwreck, Sure Fire, Cutter, mission clothes Torpedo, and Wet-suit will be on it as well. Then any Joe's that may be involved with a certain mission, (like an insertion crew from an eaglehawk).

When I get one, I plan on having most of my naval Joe's on the Flagg, along with the crew described above. I will have an area for Deep Six's suit. I have a non-suit Deep Six that will remain on the Flagg too.

Merchant marine ships, the big ones, have crews of less than 25. That is just enough engineers to keep things running and enough on the deck to navigate, load, and do some maintenance. And a handful of stewards-usually 3, a chief cook or chef, an assistant cook, and a third guy that basically cleans rooms for officers. A lot has been automated in the last 30 years, but crews have not really gotten any smaller. When I first sailed, crews were in the mid 20s, having recently been shrunk down due to automated engine rooms, automated cargo systems, automated navigation systems, and fire suppression systems. Now, they are still in their mid 20s. You can only go so small and have enough people around to fight a fire, or fix anything if there is damage.
that is just to get the ship from port to port. A combat ship would need whatever crew you need to man weapons systems. Assuming GI Joe has the best of everything, you could probably man the nautical aspects of the ship with 20 or so, but then another 20-30 for weapons systems and comms, with the assumption that all maintenance is done in port, not while underway except for emergency maintenance. Now, with an aircraft carrier, the numbers start to shoot way up-ATC, cat crews, ground crew, ordnance, etc. Something like the Jane might be crewed with only about 50 or so. 10-12 in the engine dept, 10-12 deck, 5 stewards (embarked joes need to eat, but can supplement the stewards as is practice on navy amphibs). 2-5 ground crew per embarked aircraft with the captain and deck officers handling ATC (sort of), 6-12 comms and operations guys, and 10 or guys manning weapons stations. Oh, and maybe 5 in the medical dept, some of which can be embarked joes, as can some of the weapons stations being manned by embarked joes. Yeah, probably need some green or red or blue shirts. Although, a gunner's mate or a deck officer might be a cool character. |

I saw that and was thinking about it but it's a collared shirt. The crew wear more of a long sleeve t shirt it looks like. But I could get by with the collar. Was thinking of doing a few with the camo legs too
