Especially recently. These tiny snippets of previewed product - then the looooonnnnggg wait for the stuff to be released - followed by the longer wait to actually find it, or have it delivered - followed by the long dry spells of no info whatsoever. It's getting tiresome.
At this rate, it will be Spring before we get our hands on BBQ or Breaker. Commando Snake Eyes is lost in limbo. No new reveals to keep any excitement up. Is there a plan for the Christmas season? Oh well, guess I'll go back in hibernation. |

I completely agree with you all on everything you said Man!. I think the only thing really I can complain about is the prices for the figures. I know the cost of living, production and everything else that is money orientated plays a role, but I just don't see why it cost $12 for a retro and $20 for a classified figure....anyways I do think Hasbro has finally seen what collectors want due to nestolgia. I think its worth the wait.....Then again not to get political but there's so much grey with all the covid going on its a good comparison

Being Joe fans does require us to be a stalwart bunch. I think a lot of folks expect some reveals in October but with all the shipping delays I think it is possible we may not see those figs until 2022.

I think Hasbro is attempting to instigate a US v Canada Joe fan war. Keep seeing Canucks find Breaker at Toys R Us...God bless but not sure why the US is getting product months later.

I have other interests to keep me busy, so Hasbro's lack of incentive to get more Classified product out doesn't bother me.
Plus it motivated me into doing my own customs. Now I can make brand new figures, or ones that Hasbro won't make since it won't sell enough...or might be offensive in some stupid way. |

The classified got me back into G.I. Joe and the Mega Construx and Masterverse got me back into He-Man MOTU. I glad they don’t over lap with the release for now.

Henderson played on nine teams, but he's sure to be inducted as an Oakland Athletic, like Eckersley, and depicted wearing an A's cap on his plaque. The A's were Henderson's first and favorite team, so much so that he returned three times and wanted to return a fourth so he could retire in green and gold.

It's not hard for me. I collect more than one line. So I'm actually happy for the break. Gives me time to come up with the cash for the various Marvel & Star Wars Haslabs, etc.

Its not that big of deal. Just a toy brand man nothing to lose your shit over. Check the pegs then go on with the next aspect of your life whether you find something or not.

I think it goes deeper than just being a toy brand for some people. Bonding with things when you're a kid creates lifelong loves. I was six in 1977 when Star Wars came out, I have a lifelong love of the IP and am just happy to have new content. I was 11 in 1982 when ARAH hit and I love it but I just don't have the same Star Wars bond.
