What Hasbro's policy is on replacing parts? My Mon,my Dad and I went in together and got my nephew the new Pit for his birthday. When he opened it the figure was missing. I took the darnting back to Target to exchange it for him and they flat-out accussed me oftrying to steal the figure and return the rest. The jerk at the service desk aside, I'd like to try and get my nephew the figure. Anybody give me any info?

take it to another target. this is happening all over the place.
if a store won't take it back.. call corporate... they HAVE to help you. trust me. they'll even give you an extra gift card sometimes for your troubles. call target.com too. they're nice surprisingly.

If you contact Hasbro about it they will send you a return form for it. You have to go to Hasbro.com for it. It takes a little while but they offered me that when I explained that Dusty did not have a harness. I don't know how they will be about a figure missing but if you state your case I don't think they would really argue. You have to send the whole thing back though.
