I found this on Ebay but I have read a lot of discussion about the uniqueness of ARAH G.I. Joe rivets and that still no replacement has been created. Are these rivets really the ones? Anyone with a similar experience with these rivets listed on Ebay? Any input really appreciated.

I’m not sure. Make sure you know what you are getting yourself into. I tried to pull a rivet to see what it was like and it was hard. Replacing one and setting it was too much for me.
