I had found some modern fodder figures the other day at a local toy store. In the fodder I found what looks like to be the upper torso and arms of Law V6 30th Anniversary. Now the difference in this figure is the torso is molded in a lime green, belt is black, and pants are dark green. Even the neck is lime green and no paint. Then the folded part of the right sleeve is flesh as some how it lost it's paint app or this was removed precisely without removing the paint from the upper sleeve all the way around it. Then the left sleeve has CID instead of MP. Is this just a good partial custom or this another figure?

Also, I am a little color blind. So, if the colors are not exactly as I described. I warned before hand.

That's Sure Fire (v3) from the Collector's Club. He's got a bit of wear, but the flesh-colored sleeve was actually like that originally.
