Hey all!
I wanted to let you know that I created an online quiz on Jetpunk where you have to guess every GI Joe figure made between 1982-1994. If you have time, see if you can guess them all! https://www.jetpunk.com/user-quizzes...gure-1982-1994

You scored 323/493 = 66%
This beats or equals 76.9% of test takers The average score is 253 Your high score is 323 Not bad for a first shot off the top of my head. |

Neat!
Did you spell Golobulus wrong or is it not included while the other two Cobra La figures are? Haven't finished yet but that one name refuses to be accepted. edit: yep, butchered his name I'd like to see this with more time or untimed. It'd be fun to think about it throughout the day and come back and drop in names after racking one's brain a bit. Last edited by edgecrusher; 02-10-2019 at 04:20 AM.. |

I got 255, so a little more than half. But my knowledge of the figures from 1989 and up is pretty limited, so i knew i wouldn't be able to get anywhere near 100%.
It's surprisingly tough doing this with a time limit. I had some pretty embarrassing misses, like Gung-Ho, Leatherneck and some generic cobras like Hiss/Stinger Drivers, and i couldn't for the life of me remember Copperhead's name. It was fun though. |

Very telling which eras and characters appeal to me the most as most of my answers were up to 1987. Having the version 2s and 3s filled in automatically threw me off. I missed easy things like the Stinger Driver, HISS driver (cripes I cosplayed as that one!) Copperhead, the whole Crimson Guard. Then I got stuck on Vipers. It was interesting how a string of characters came out. For example when I thought of snow Job then Frostbite and Iceberg and Cold Front etc all flowed out of my head. Certain scenes in the cartoon made things flow too. Alpine Bazooka and Quick Kick came out all together in one rush. I think my mistake was I tried to do it orderly by year and when I missed a figure I kept focusing on the blank space. Darn you Copperhead! An excellent exercise in how the brain remembers things.
