My sharpshooters are Low-Light, Stalker, Recoil, and the "laser guys" like Sci-Fi, Flash, Snow Job, etc. Basically anyone that is recon or Special Forces, but that wouldn't disqualify guys like Leatherneck or Footloose, who are also probably pretty handy with an M-16 or M-14.

Joe's whose primary job were sniper, marksman, etc that I'm aware of:
Lowlight Shooter Crosshair Hollowpoint Mayday Barrel Roll Long Range (S6) As others have mentioned it's also implied for Bullhorn, Snowjob and Scarlett pretty heavily. I think the above list is the "go to" specialists though. |

I think Recondo is an excellent sharp shooter.

Yes which means he would have even more advanced training in Marksmanship as a standard Marine, as well as have a rifle qualification as expert based on time in grade.

There's being a good shot, and then there's being a sniper. I'd say that the recon guys are probably all good shots. But sniper training takes things further, including a lot of stalking, camouflage, site selection and so on. They also usually work in pairs, with one as a spotter and the other as a shooter. I'd go with Lifeline's list and put them in pairs. Or, you could take that list and pair them up with recon guys as spotters.
Ambush would probably be a good assistant, given his expertise in concealment. |

I’d say Low Light as #1 from a fixed position.
Flash and Sci Fi have a steady aim for sure. In my top 5. Snow Job would be my guy if the target had to be hit while the shooter was in motion. Spirit would be my man as an in promp to shooter on a LLRP or secondary shooter. Keep in mind I’m a 82-86 guy and began cherry picking after that until 88.

Although nothing in his file card says so, I’d say Ambush has all the trappings of a sniper.

Then there are the Sonic Fighters who get listed as Sharpshooters on their filecards. (Take that with a grain of salt) I think they pair them up with a weapons system.
