Just to be clear, this isn't meant to be a discussion about the practical reasons why the final 12 had to be repaints. We all know there might have been logistical reasons as to why the final 12 had to be easy repaints and thus had to focus more on subteams and less on characters we were still missing that would require new tooling, new card back art, etc. The point of this poll is to put that reality aside and just engage what the hisstank collective actually prioritizes more: finishing off subteams that otherwise would never get finished, or getting updates of unique characters that otherwise would be characters completely missing from our modern era collections.
The options are: 1) In your ideal world would you have preferred the focus of the final 12 was on completing subteams that we'd started but hadn't finished--i.e. essentially the direction the club decided to go. or 2) In your ideal world would you have preferred the focus of the final 12 was on getting out as many of the original characters still yet to be released in the modern era (characters like Headman, Overkill, Backblast, Downtown, Dog Fight, Stretcher, Col Courage, Super Trooper, TARGET, General Flagg, Dart, Sparks, the Plague, etc--these are just examples and not the actual line up). or 3) You have no strong preference one way or the other (either because you don't care or because your preference would focus equally on both).

In a perfect world, I would’ve preferred characters not yet represented in the modern era. I don’t mind the direction the club took because i’m actually surprised we’re getting this much. It’s a shame, that even with this much attention to sub teams; they’re still incomplete. (No Tigerforce Tripwire, Sonic Fighter Maj. Bludd).

I honestly don’t care.
I never bought any of the repaints aka Sub Teams back in the ‘80s. And now I am not a completist like many Joe Collectors. Brian said at the very beginning that these were to complete the figures we have gotten. Which I knew right away it was going to be figures/sub teams we have gotten from the Club over the years. When the panel started and the mention of the female Night Stalker three pack and Ninja Force Zartan, I nearly fell out of my chair. Of course when they mentioned the Final 12 my imagination went wild thinking we could get the OG 12 redone in POC style like Oreo Builder & Hiss Hiss Fang Fang have been doing the past couple of months. Once the slides started and we began to see what we were getting, I went into my my “Great More Repaints Mode”. I’ll admit the Club got my attention with the Coils ‘O Doom, Black Spider Rendezvous, and even Barbeque/Lowlight to complete this years team. I understand why it was done. So to answer your question, it’s 3) I have no strong preference one way or the other.

I'm honestly down for whatever either way, but I guess I'd give a bit of priority over new characters (not done in ME before) over subteam characters we already have variants of.

I recognize why the Club filled out the Final Twelve with repaints. However with a little creative vision, you can make a few of the unmade characters using pre-existing parts without resorting to a lot of customizing.

I picked 3 because I'm both. I wish they had done unmade me figures or had completely filled missing subteams. Instead it gives us more half complete teams. I really really wanted gung ho v2 and countdown. But I also really wanted an accurate sm barbecue and that ninja force zartan and Sonic viper so I shouldn't complain. I see stuff in there for me and stuff others will want which is probably as it should be even if the greedy side of me wants all arah pre 91

Unfortunately, I'm on a tight budget (college and stuff) and can't afford most club Joes. However, I think that Joes who weren't reperesented/don't have modern figures need a chance.
