So we are paying about $470 for 13 figures with about 3-4 newly tooled pieces (heads and/or accessories with the FSS right now. We are paying $435 for 15 figures with 3 new heads in the Joecon set.
So what would you require from Hasbro if they wanted you to pay $500 for let's say 15 figures? I would want at least 10 new heads and about 2 totally new figure builds. Then I'd be OK with the figure option. I do like the big vehicle option the best!!! Bring on a newly tooled Flagg with level below deck!!!

Simple: I would expect 15 figures from the ARAH lineup that are currently missing in Modern Era. I wouldn't put preconceived limitations or assumptions on them, like sculpt requirements or use the Club as a reference point for expectations. They aren't the Club, they're the actual first party company and have much greater economies of scale, resources, funding, and capabilities. Whether through HasLab or just as a new 50th series release in 2019, they could test the waters with a set of 12 figures (4 3-packs, 6 2-packs, themed packs, whatever floats their boat) for a certain price and if that succeeds, they can double down the next time around and go bigger. There's ~40 figures left to complete the entire ARAH series through 1989 and maybe another dozen left for 1990. If each wave contained 3-5 mainline figures and the rest of the wave was lesser figures like vehicle drivers, they could pretty much knock out everything through 1990 in about four waves. I won't put a total dollar amount out there, but let's just say the idea of being able to completely recreate the ARAH line-up in Modern Era is appealing enough that I would be fine with an average of $30-40 figure (like Club pricing, but actually delivering what the Club didn't), which for Hasbro's economies of scale (and removing the Club middleman, licensing costs, etc) is certainly feasible. We'd basically be giving 5x to 10x the price of the original figures, to make up for being a smaller market. And average price means some of the simpler figures that can be done through mostly re-used bucks and limbs with a new colorway, a new head and accessories, could be on the lower end and something like Golobulus that requires extra work could price higher. |

I do wish we could have had the B.E.T added to the poll.

I personally believe this is a great way to get some vehicles that are missing from reissue or retools in recent years and, more importantly, get them UPGRADED.....imagine a WHALE that is twice as big and more fleshed out control panels, maybe even a motorized fan drive assembly? Or a USS FLAGG that is, yes, EVEN BIGGER, more to scale with the Skystikers, and has a below Deck plus more detail and decks in command module? That is what I feel this is for. Figure wise, I am happy that virtually all the figures from 1982 to 1989 have been done via 25th anniversary type technology from Hasbro or from the Subscription service. I am more interested in the vehicles/sets at this point.

This could be a way to get that unreleased Cobra Island playset from the late 80’s.

My god, I'd give up at least one kidney and my left nut for that! Don't know how that'd help Hasbro produce this, but still, this uproduced Cobra Island playset may be the coolest idea yet for GI Joe related HasLab stuff.

I just don't have the room for collecting vehicles, but I did still fill this out; anything we can do to show G.I. Joe some support I would think helps.

Voted for Flagg. Don’t really care about any of the other suggestions.
If I had to propose something, I’d ask for a VAMP Transformer. |

I appreciate the work on the pole, but most of the options seem to leave little choice but the obvious, i.e. the Flagg, terrordrome, etc. Fort A merica? The 92 headquarters? The last question is the one we should be looking at, items that have never been done. I know Jabbas barge is the only thing to go by so far, but I have to believe beyond the business aspect, the designers want to work on something new with (almost) no limits.
