sorry, I don't have anything for sale. it's all for personal use. I'll give you some advice. for 28mm scale GI Joe stuff do a search on ebay for 1992 or 1993 GI joe diecast and there are some nice offical toys that came out that year off the top of my head the HAL, VAMP, FLACK Gun, and Missle system

I know someone over on BFTB was doing an Action Force game.
There are possibilities for other factions besides Joes and Cobra... Oktober Guard, AF, Red Shadows, The Club's version of The Coil and Skull Squad... |

If it's 28mm miniatures then can I direct your attention to 7TV by Crooked Dice? They've already published rules for a Red Shadows cast, and I know that there are players who have created GI Joe and Cobra casts using the standard rules. Based in UK but there are US players (as well as the rest of the world!) and some US stockists.
The basic rules are free to download - some of their miniatures may be suitable as a base for conversions. http://www.crooked-dice.co.uk/wp/ The semi-official Facebook group is worth joining if you are interested https://www.facebook.com/groups/1888...?ref=bookmarks |

I don't have any of my Joes to play minitures with, but all of these ideas sound great.
I'm in the minority as I'm just a solo gamer. Would love a G.I. Joe board/card/dice game similar to Eldritch Horror or Marvel Legendary where it is player vs board. |

What I'd love to see most of all is someone with serious wargaming experience come up with rules for wargaming with 3 3/4 inch scale figures and vehicles. (This might be done best outside.) That way, people could play with the toys they already own.

I’m intrigued. The rules certainly exists to be adapted. Mechwarrior or Battletech come to mine too. For pieces, out of the box or eBay, you could use Kreos.
I used to have a site marked that had extremely similar vehicles designed for 3D printing. Personally, I love building 28mm stuff now but am working on AWI and FIW ( google them, )
