Now that we've seen the new version of the original Viper, I'd like to see 25th anniversary updates on the rest of the Viper troops, especially Astro, H.E.A.T., Laser, Rock, Techno and the rest. |

I have a feeling we're gonna see half the stuff we've already seen pics of. Sadly. :(

At one point is was rumored (not sure if it was ever confirmed) that we'd get 24 single carded Joes for 2008. Honestly, that number seems somewhat low when we have so many great characters yet to be made, and so many confirmed already for Waves 2/3/4 - 2008.
I'm hoping that the comic packs are the place where many of my old favorites will make their appearance, if not in the single-carded Waves. Just a taste: comic two-pack of Mutt/Junkyard and Scrap-Iron. Not sure which comic these two appeared in together, but I'm sure an adventure could be whipped up quite readily by the great Larry Hama if need be! |

I would love to see more troop builders such as, Eels, Bats, Night Creepers, Snow Serpents, and as many Vipers as we can take. Troop builders sell, and they sell great. If hasbro really wants to break all our banks, release more troop builders...

I predict that Hasbro will come to their senses and up production, realize how much G. I. Joe means and decide to re-release the entire 82-94 run both figures and vehicles in 25th style but this time without neon or spring action versions.....or maybe I have had one too many beers tonight.

I like a lot of your guys ideas, but is this a wishlist or a prediction thread... I'm feeling kind of pessimistic after wave 8.
I think we'll see mostly wave 6-9. If we're lucky maybe 10. We'll probably see the rest of the comic packs too. Unfortunately, I think any new vehicles won't really be new. They'll just be reusing the old molds with slight retooling so the figures fit. Looking forward to hearing about the Battle Packs so I hope we see the first wave or so. Hope there will be some awesome surprises, but I know there'll be more repaints and Snake Eyes. |
