Random question about the theme song

Does anyone have any idea of what the extra lyrics in the comic #1 commercial is? I've been trying to decipher it under the speaking, but I just can't here it well enough.

Any one ever notice how good the animation looked in the old GI Joe commercials? It flawless, a lot of detail placed on ever character and vehicle. A shame the cartoon didn't have the same amount of detail in it. I know the commercials animation was only about 10 seconds or less so detail was easier then a 30 minute cartoon.

Yeah, I remembered that actually. I always kind of wished they would have gone with long haired Scarlett in the series. She looked pretty awesome in these commercials.
