I think we should debate the characterness of steel brigade zombie. Steel brigade is a character, zombie viper is a character, but I don't think turning an already existing character into a zombie makes them a new character. Would we have a zombie duke or zombie Zanzibar and consider them to be in anyway separate from their originals? Someone else give an opinion on this.

Venomous Maximus, is Hawk, a mutated Hawk but still Hawk, and he was allowed into the polls and took 329th.
A Steel Brigade Zombie is a mutated Steel Brigade. Should the same rule apply for troopers?

That's not the worst logic, but I have another question. Where does Steel Brigade Zombie come from? I know they were in a concept case at a Joecon, but I can't remember them in anything else. I thought that concept figures were intelligible.

Red Laser, for no particular reason.
Add Cullen Esterhazy and George Strawhacker.

That's the most unintelligible usage of "intelligible" I've ever seen. Steel Brigade Zombie is not a concept figure anymore. Here, let you Google that for you. You should've listened to your heart. GOOOOOO Honda! Time for the Sunbow surge. Last edited by JediJones; 07-11-2016 at 10:33 PM.. |

The Steel Brigade Zombie was released in a 3-pack at the 2014 convention. If they had only been concept prototypes, then they'd be ineligible.
I think it's valid to argue that a zombie is a zombie whether it's a viper zombie or SB zombie or toxo zombie but for simplicity's sake and because Hasbro identified them separately and because their file cards describe them differently, I would treat each as a separate kind of trooper and say there eligible. |

I also believe I was told that both Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde would be eligible. But Bruce Wayne and Batman would not be separately eligible.
Technically, I don't think Rex Lewis should be eligible. He doesn't fit the seeming criteria of "mutating into" another version of yourself. Given this bio, there's no denying he's simply Cobra Commander's real name in the movie, used before he donned the Jason X mask: Cobra Commander (Movie - Joepedia - Wikia) The mutation issue begs the question of whether I can nominate Cobra Commander in mutated snake form from the 1987 movie. Keeping in mind that he heroically defeated Serpentor's snake. Grant you, in full snake form he isn't humanoid, but how about his humanoid snake transitional form? Bottom line, if Rex is eligible, then so at least should be the "brilliant young nobleman" from Cobra-La who becomes CC later in the 1987 movie. Last edited by JediJones; 07-11-2016 at 10:45 PM.. |

Steel Brigade (v4) G.I. Joe Action Figure - YoJoe Archive And yeah, Rex Lewis shouldn't be eligible. I don't know why anyone would want to nominate anything from that movie. We still have so many characters that originated in coloring books.
