I was watching Gi Joe arah on tv. The episode was
"Iceberg goes south". This is the episode where Dr. Mindbender was creating human/animal hybrids like walrus man and wolfman. He uses cobra subjects who take part in the process. I began to think back at how similar this was to how shredder in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles transformed Bebop and Rocksteady into animal/human mutants. Even the process is similar in laying down on steal chairs/table. Comparing the 2 even Shredder could pass for Dr. Mindbender with his cape. Gi joe episode aired in 86 and tmnt aired 1 year later. What do you guys think? Last edited by Rangeviper88; 11-25-2017 at 06:04 PM.. |

Aren't they both just inspired by Island of Dr Moreau which came out in the late 1800s?
