Dear Tankers,
This year, I was diagnosed with a very serious medical condition which gives me about 15 years left. My liver is failing and at end-stage I’ll need a transplant. It got me thinking about all the things I hope to see or accomplish before that point, and for G.I. Joe I came up with a G.I. Joe Bucket List I thought I’d share. I’m a big fan of Zandar & Zarana as Zartan's little twin siblings. [X] Zandar & Zarana confirmed as a pair of twins. – Thank you IDW! Confirmed in G.I. Joe vol.3 #9, as well as in Invisibility Island young adult novel and one of the Find Your Fate books, so, in three places! [ ] The Dreadnok Twins coming into wider usage as an alternative name for Zandar & Zarana. – It was neat to see it in the comics. [ ] Keeping the mystery alive – An origin story in which Zarana and Zandar’s relation is kept ambiguous. – Instead of saying they’re not twins or discouraging the notion (and thereby voiding my small contribution to G.I. Joe), have them be the same height as kids, and dressed similarly, but don’t mention another word about it. ;) [ ] Confirmation the material around Zandar’s neck is from Zarana’s shirt. – One of THE creepiest things about Zandar! [ ] An exclusive Zarana & Zandar Dreadnok Twins 2-pack – With all-new filecards that not only describe their individual skills, but their picculiar relationship to each other. With rare orange haired, and rare pink haired variants. [ ] An in-continuity one-shot comic that explores Zandar and Zarana’s relationship as twins. – An exclusive or not, with some of the proceeds going to a charity like the liver foundation. That’s it for my wild and crazy Joe bucket list. Not gonna happen, but one can dream. If anyone at all can help with these, amazing! One last word to the Tankers. Please consider becoming an organ donor, especially if you have a rare blood type. You never know who might need it, or even if you might, one day. That was the case with me. Thank you and God Bless. |

Wish you the best with your condition, and with receiving a transplant.

Best of luck to you. 15 years can be pretty good. No doubt you will still outlast a lot of us!

Thanks guys. My biggest dream is to find an O rh- liver when the time comes. O- is relatively rare; just 6%-7% of the population, and can only receive from other O-s.
