I won an auction on eBay because it had some figures I wanted, but when it arrived I noticed 2 that I didn't recognize. They are the two in the bottom right corner. I am pretty sure one is Snake Eyes, but I've never seen this version before. Also the purple guy with the orange vest looks like another really weird take on Snake Eyes, but I have no clue. I know the one with the staff is Dice, right? Any help would be much appreciated.

Night Vulture....hmm, never heard of him. Think he's worth holding onto or should I try and trade him or something? For what I paid for the lot, I'd be happy to get a Crimson guard or a Cobra Trooper or a Stinger Driver (from any era) for him and Dice together.
