The black figure in the bottom right corner with gray highlights is indeed Snake-Eyes. He cam with the Commando Team in 1997 and was packaged with Storm Shadow and Lady Jaye.

yeah the one that came with the three pack doesnt have the bulky goggles. the 3 pack is more version 1 looking
