LOL, you mean when Michael Bay jumped the shark with the Transformers franchise?
First movie = awesome! Second = WTF! Third = I liked only for two reasons A. It was the closest to a GIJoe / Transformers we are going to get, and B. Lenard freaking Nimoy voiced a badass Sentinal Prime!!!! Have not even watched age of extinction yet, and parts of it were filmed right here at my factory in my area. |

I agree with your assessment of the TF films. TF4 is about on par with the 3rd one. It was one of the best uses of IMAX cameras I've ever seen. The scenes inside the mothership and during the battle in China at the end looked unbelievably awesome. It probably won't play as well at home. The new Decepticons were cool but the new Autobots were extremely lame, especially John Goodman-bot. The Dinobots were an afterthought barely worth mentioning. Prime and Bumblebee had some good moments. Frasier was a great villain. The nebbish scientist was probably the best human character. Wahlberg was alright but some of the other human good guys got annoying. The action with the humans was done a little better than the pure bot action.

I voted g.i joe,
In this scenario, i went with joes that are currently available at retail. And no one seems to want a 50th blowtorch...including pinhead. |
