Nemesis Enforcer wins. For a character with limited appearances, he definitely made the most of them, arguably stealing the show in the animated movie
101. Alley Viper 35.05% 102. Zandar 41.67% 103. Big Ben 30.38% 104. Iceberg 40.00% 105. Fred VII 34.12% 106. Colonel Brekhov 30.86% 107. Lift Ticket 38.75% 108. Blizzard 29.49% 109. Nemesis Enforcer 31.58% Firewall and Dee-Jay were the low vote recipients, so they both sit. All of the other characters received at least 5 votes, which is pretty good balance. Savage and Bullhorn have sat pretty much all of the same polls, so I had to find an alternate tie-breaker method. I went with their vote totals in the previous poll. Bullhorn had one more vote than savage last poll, so I gave him the tie-breaker to stay in this poll (sorry Sgt. Savage fans.) Darklon is the new character. He had decent characterization in the marvel run, but for those who want to know more about him, check out IDW's Real American Hero. He has a pretty good run for about 5-6 issues that surpass his Marvel appearances. He appears to be in charge of the entire Python Patrol now.

I'm really not sure who I'm voting for this time - other than AntiCrystalBall! So, convince me to who needs my vote this time!
Add Soft Master (since Wingman is apparently not worthy) Quote:
It would be nice to see the figures, and of course Hasbro (or any other toy company for that matter) could always choose to go through the normal process of licensing Communities IP for toys, but Hasbro would still have to go through that regular process--which typically involves licensing the entire IP library and not just the IP for one episode (which its potentially more complicated to license a single episode over a full library). And again, I'm saying this as someone who has been in that specific writer's room, been on that specific set and worked closely with several members of that cast and crew over the years. Regardless of the fact that the show did a Sunbow Joe parody, that still makes it unlikely that Hasbro would have any shortcuts or discounts to licensing that character.

Add Soft Master.
I'm at a loss as to where to place my vote. Steel Brigade and Shooter were both high up there last time. I think Shooter did even better the poll before the last one; I think she got a lot of the Steel Brigade votes when Steel Brigade sat. I'd love to see these two camps join forces and get these two characters in next. I'm willing to vote either way (I've been rooting for these two for weeks). I'm going to wait to see if I can lend a hand to either. |
