The whole accountant thing is silly, and should have been given to another character entirely. I don't expect that Raptor gets along well with the CG twins. Would anyone let someone dressed like a bird do their taxes for them? Or help them cheat on their taxes?
The only plausible reason to dress up like a bird would be if you were training attack or recon falcons, and you had discovered that they were more controllable if they thought you were "one of them." I find that to be vaguely plausible within the realm of the crazy stuff that already goes on in Joeville. If we buy that some Joes and Cobras have trained animals this is just the natural next step. When it comes to working in the field, I imagine Raptor dropping his bird suit entirely, and going tactical with a glider. That's how you make Raptor badass and keep him Raptorlike. |

They wouldn't which is why they have LEGIONS OF CRIMSON GUARD many of whom are qualified accountants and tax lawyers.

Whats the difference between Raptor and Serpentor's costumes or whatever? Isn't Serpentor just in a giant snake costume as well... kind of. Think about it...

In the comics raptor works for/with Fred VII, not cobra. Serpentor took his snake helmet/crown from the cobra museum during the battle of springfield .

I always really liked Raptor. It's a cool idea to have a guy that can train birds of prey to do all sorts of recon. Raptor always looked like either an ancient Egyptian or maybe some sort of native north or south American obviously from days gone by.
If you like Serpentor than why not Raptor? Really they're very similar. Either a Cobra suit or a Hawk suit. Croc master is pretty close too.

What about that Voltar fella? He had a vulture for a pet for God's sake. He makes Raptor look normal or whatever.
