With three top poll characters getting pushed through last time that certainly makes this round a lot easier. Voted Buzzer. Add Torch.

Nice to see the new blood added - I think Chuckles, Bazooka & Cover Girl were all kinda in a tier to themselves
I'm going Buzzer this time - Mainly for Comic lore, but I think he's worthy at this point Add Cross Country - He had Comic & Sunbow ties and lots of personality! Plus, the Club does a lot of questionable things - but they get an A+ on the Yearly Figure for this year!

Let's give proper due to Snow Job. He was the first Joe to introduce the arctic operations theme. As a figure he was one of the best accessorized and most fun to play with at the time of his release, with his poles and skis attaching to his backpack and his body. He also had the unusual distinction of being a natural as the vehicle driver for the Polar Battle Bear even though he was a single-carded figure. He was a recognizable personality and voice on the Sunbow toon and even lasted long enough to get a brief fight scene in the 1987 movie. He's had 7 figures made while Buzzer's only had 4. Snow Job has had a figure released in all 4 decades of the 3.75" line, '80s, '90s, 2000s and 2010s. Buzzer and Scrap Iron haven't. His code name is also one of the more pitch-perfect ones ever created.
