Low Light, add Recondo. If you read the Special Missions issue where he fought Major Bludd and then emailed Sparks that he was not dead, you'd add Recondo too.

I don't like being talked down to either. This is one of the most fair processes I've seen as far as voting polls go. InspectorZartan has further elaborated on this quite reasonably. Still I understand the frustration of being forcefed the same stories and characters over and over. I will be most interested in this poll once we get past the top most popular characters. Here is where I think the brand could be well-served. See which under-utilized characters resonated the most with fans. As a kid, it was the anticipation of this year's "new Crop" which got me the most excited. Sure I didn't want to see my favorites fall to the wayside as the years went by, but I was always eager to get to know new characters. I would think if Hasbro took say characters 40-60 and restarted the brand concentrating with them it would add a certain freshness. DDP did this to some degree as well as IDW. It will be impossible to ever get rid of Snake-Eyes and CC and Duke and Storm Shadow, but I found a lot of potential when they put, say Skullbuster at the center of the story. Same for the Plague (I always thought Interrogator should have been it's leader), Overlord, Overkill, and the Red Shadows, but they didn't do this with the Joes so much. Kamakura and Barrel-Roll weren't enough. I love the fanboy shoutouts to like Capt Claymore and Mercer, but they (Hasbro or IDW) could start with 1988 and only use Joes from then on to start a modern update to the Joes. Pick 20 newer Joes and start over. A lot of fans didn't even start collecting until post 1987.

Not that it matters, but Kwinn, add Steel Brigade.
He got voted in early but hasn't had much success. Where's all the Eskimo love? |

I thought DD did a good job of pushing the Stall family, though they did little to address Bombstrike (I am pretty sure she was only Hasbro.) Crosshairs also had a short but cool appearance, and you are spot on-the Plague was awesome. Unfortunately only 6 members ever got figures. The awesome Spytroops Blackout, the 3-pack with SE repaints for Gallows and Grimskull and a C.O.I.L repaint for their leader Guillotine, the club Munitia, and a really well done Interrogator packaged in a TRU set. I will be shocked, though, if we don't see an Interrogator figure in a FSS soon, using the helmet and harness from that figure, which isn't a bad thing.
