I have started to box everything up for this summer's move and am trying to mark every box with the contents accurately while trying to put items together by era.
3 rubbermaids and 9 boxes complete so far. I just opened a rubbermaid full of 12 tackle boxes with 12 figures each ranging from 80s to 2012... I did not even realize my Stalker (v9) had the wrong web gear until today (bought in a large figure lot 2 years ago). |

It's best to stick with it though; I haven't catalogued anything since 2007, & I dread having to go back & sort through everything.

Man, I'm procrastinating big time with my collection. I'm moving March first and dread packing up 570+ figures without loosing any of their accessories. The vehicles are another nightmare (face palm).

I have boxes and boxes of stuff stashed in every closet in the house. I have multiples of everything from the modern era and more, and only about 1% of it displayed.
I feel your pain. garage sale coming soon. also, I dislike dust. |

This is why I open everything, immediately sell, trade or toss any accessory I don't like, and mix and match the hell out of everything.
I need never inventory my collection, 'cause every bit of it is arbitrary. Life's too short. |

Once I get my toy room finished (been working on it for over a year now!), I'm going to use HanDBase on my iPad to catalog my collection. It'll also help me count how many figures I have.
