I'd like to see an international team of G.I.Joe exchange program specialists (kind of like operatives like Big Ben) or alterantively create a dedicated international forces unit.
As for US characters, I'd like to see some characters who look a little more like special forces troops in country - with some regional headgear, beards, etc. Also, I think it would be cool to create a Joe whose speciality is armorer - the weapons expert who customizes small arms for the rest of the team. |

A super star recording artist!
It's actually more in-line with classic ARAH than any military specialist. I.E. Flint and Lady Jaye are catching the latest Whiz Khalifa (or your pick of flabor-of-the moment celebrity) concert when suddenly some cobra thugs try to kidnap him- flint and lady Jaye try and stop them but get into trouble and OK' whiz comes out and saves the day. flint invites him to join G.I.Joe. Classic ARAH membership right there. |

OK ... be nice if I'd spit out some ideas for my own thread, now wouldn't it?
MOS/AFSC: USAF Pararescue/Combat Rescue Officers, Flight Nurses, Flight Surgeons, Flight Medics, USCG Rescue Swimmer/Aircrew Survival Techs, SERE instructors, USCG Port Security Warfare specialists, USCG cutter crews and small boat crews, Canadian Forces SARTechs, Canadian Rangers members, Civil AIr patrol personnel, wilderness rescue specialists, Combat Controllers, Navy SWCC crewmen. Also a kayaker and a horseman would be interesting. Arms/equipment: M4/GUU-5P, medical chest pack, climbing/rapelling equipment, trek poles, new rucksacks, radio chest pack, ice axes, new helmets, new snow shoes, new cold weather gear, new wet weather gear, helmet-mounted accesories (NVG, camera, headlamp, etc), horse w/appropriate tack, kayak with associated paddling gear.

I'd also like to see a dedicated armorer. A guy who maintains, keeps track of, and (best of all) modifies weapons for the Joes. The guy you go to when you want a shotgun slung under an MP5, or if you're looking for a couple of high capacity drum mags for your M-4 -just because.
I think the Joes should have someone who specializes in piloting unmanned vehicles. And a helicopter door gunner - I don't think there's been one of them yet. How about a mission planner - someone who decides which Joes to send on which missions. I also like the idea of a basic grunt/infantryman who is very old school and against hi technology that is complicated and vulnerable to all sorts of breakdowns. I'm thinking a code name like Iron Sights would be appropriate. Basically a dependable, no nonsense grunt who prefer using a compass to a GPS and uses a bare minimum of gadgets that many modern soldiers have become dependent on.
