I've seen a few of those so far. One of the reasons I kept my Club subscription for the mag. Any plans to try for a 3rd volume one day or maybe setup a blog for supplemental materials not used? I believe you had one done for the TF side previously.

I preordered mine back in September and it showed up today. Very, very cool. Thanks!
I'm tempted to get doubles of both volumes to use as coloring books for my son when he's older. Maybe I should get triples so I can color alongside him... |

And yes, I have plenty of secondary models, too minor for inclusion in the book, that I'm planning to blog. I've had a hard time finding time to do that, but it's on my list. http:\\boltax.blogspot.com Last edited by JimSorenson; 06-04-2013 at 04:00 PM.. |

Yup my arrived while IM out of town. I cannot wait to get home and look at it. I also love using the blueprints for reference material.

A third volume of Sunbow is unlikely. It's possible that I might get the chance to do a volume of Resolute or Renegade models, though. If that's something you might be interested in, let IDW know. There's also a chance, if V1 and V2 sell out their print run, for a collected volume. If that happens, I'll try to squeeze in a few more models. Since I finished the book I've gotten a few more that'd be nice additions.

Question - as a longtime ARAH comic and toy fan who never watched the cartoon, will the Field Manuals be interesting and a cool sort of "intro to the cartoon universe" for me?
Or will they mostly just not make sense? Since I never watched the cartoon I won't be looking for any kind of "nostalgia factor". |

I'm gonna get it when it's available on the IDW app.

I got my copy in the mail today along with the newest Club newsletter issue featuring the PSA kids. Great job, Jim. I really like that some of the reference drawings done for the cartoon are just sketchwork done based on the toys with action figures on them. It really connects with Jim Shooter's stories about how the Marvel/Hasbro relationship was with the comic, too.
