Understand. We could go on and on about things that are gripes about club practices and policies (and I would have some things to say specific), but in the end it's their deal. If it ever gets to the point where I can't handle it, I'll part ways. Until then, I am glad to get the stuff more often than not (but there is still no excuse for Iceberg).

I have no problem waiting a couple weeks after the con to get my stuff. I'm more concerned about quality control of the product anyway. If I pay a premium for figures, I expect them to look correct. I'm sure most folks here would agree on that.
I also don't have a problem with only the attendees getting the freebie vehicle. That's a good incentive to get people to go to the con. The only thing I don't like is the rampant scalping of products that could otherwise be sold to club members by the club at club prices instead of being sold to club members by a third party on eBay at inflated prices. That's really my only beef. But what-evs. One day the club will figure it out. |
