I continue to be "shocked" about the shipping practices of the GI Joe and Transformers Fan Clubs. They continue to ship comic books without backing boards or any other cardboard to protect the comic book. Their back issues of fan club magazine is $10 and the only option is to pay $1.00 for bubble wrap, which never protects magazines or comic books. Unfortunately, they are the only option for many of us to get the merchandise. Complaints continue to be ignored. I receive a comic book that was ripped and it was not due to shipping. It was shipped ripped. Do collector's really want to pay for damaged materials? I spent $150 between both. Even though the items were shipped from same location, they wouldn't combined shipping.

I think the Club must be "shocked" that anyone is willing to pay $10 for back-issue magazines and therefore aren't prepared for shipping them.
Seriously, though, the Club is entirely helpless when it comes to providing shipping service to clients.

why would anyone in their right mind pay $10 for a 5 page crappy magazine with outdated information and empty promises/schedules listed in it??? The only reason people join the club is for the figure (for me its because they are doing Classic ARAH figures to keep my 25th collection going) That's it!

well you guys are lucky if you receive the magazine each month... I had to call them 4 times last year and again in January cause they did not ship me the magazine.. and STILL I havent receive any magazine for February....
NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPPING ADRESS and I dont know what to say to them anymore as they always repeat we shipped them.... and now they told me that they wont shipped the magazine again cause I did not receive it too many times... this club is not fun at all when it comes to shipping :(( |
