Going by the original timelines and ranks: Almost none of them, given that D&D didn't pop up until the late 70's and most/all of the Joes likely "missed the craze" since they were in the military rather than in college (which was where it really took off) and likely selected for the Joe team (which probably meant uber-intense training) before they really had a chance to get into it.
So...probably not many. Many of those listed above might get into it "after the fact" if they had time but...they probably didn't (have time that is). Later-era Joes might be a bit more likely, but it's hard to say, Many of the Joes have qualifications and life experience that would seem to place them as older than the average for the ranks most of them held (E-4 being the most common). The average E-4 is probably 19-20 years old, but the older they are, the less likely they are to play or have played. If you slide the timescales to more recent times...Probably a lot of them have at least tried. Speaking firsthand D&D and RPGs in general were a pretty popular pastime for a lot of troops in the Army in the mid-late 90's. I certainly never had any trouble finding a gaming group. Ugh. Every adventure starts with, "You're on a boat..."
