just remember if you do go with the design and change your mind down the road,it's gonna be more painfull and expensive to remove.

I dont know what barbed wire 'means' on someone outside of saying 'im trying to look tough when my ufc shirt is dirty.' But i always thought it looked as cheesy as tear/ crying tattoos and japanese symbols...i mean it's your body, and im not gonna fight you over it. But to me, the arashakage looks better by itself and i'd suspect you'll be happier with it longer that way.
Im a strong believer that peircings and ink do nothing to define anything but your willingness to part with money and wish you hadnt, though.

your arm/money/tattoo...your decision
i personally dont care for the barbed wire, and the A-symbol is classic...i would go further up the forearm a bit, you could always add barbedwire later if you wanted

Lose the wire... the Arashikage symbol looks a ton better with out it....
To me tattoos should stay within "range"... not to mix and match different "styles". Like doing traditional japanese/Chinese pictures in "50's style", or mixing celtic and polynesian pics together... Even if the pics look good by themselves, putting them together is not a good idea... I mean how is barbwire anyway related to I-ching(spelling)? But like I said. thats my opinion...The only one that counts, is yours. |

Yah I would just go with the symbol. Its iconic and fits on your arm nicely. Throwing barb wire in there would only detract from the symmetrical layout of the symbol. This is coming from a guy with PLENTY of tattoos.

Looks cool. I have no tattoos and don't care for them. That's just me. Here's a cool idea for BATs fan. Have arm looks like shredded skin, baring the robotic arm and the chest partially tattoed like the hologram motor sticker on the chest of the BAT droid figure. That process is called "BATtoo". Damn, I should patent that name. LOL.

Your money, your arm
- but if you want advice - I'd say to Pass on the whole thing - tatoos are cool for like a decade, but as I get older I realise how much a waste of money they are - I have many carefuly sellected "spiritual, meaningful, and personal" tatoos of my own and its not that I hate them ,but I've just kind of grown out of them. If your hell bent on blowing $400, Youd feel better, and be a better human being donating it to a soup kitchen or animal shelter or something. But just my $0.02...

What's with all the " blowing money " statements? No matter what I spend my money on , I never look back and regret, even if it was a bad investment.
Allthough I am older now and more careful with my money , the last thing on my mind is any money I spent on tattoos over the past 18 years.
