My brother's and mine were never marked, but we got some of our cousins and he painted red on the bottom of one of the figures boots.

All of my Baroness action figures have red bottom shoes! Inspired by wifes ungodly expensive shoes she just had to have!

We rarely brought joes to others houses or vice versa. We jsu played with Mine at my house or my friends at their place. Some times you had a lot to play with and other times you didn't, you just made due and no solider was mia/pow. The exception was if it was to be a TRADE DAY or a preplanned trade and then play was rare cause there was business to tend to.

Luckily, I didn't have to worry about getting my figures mixed up with anyone else's, as I have no brothers or sisters. And as also stated in the "Play" thread, I was also a loner.
But if I did take any of my figures to school with me, I didn't take too many. Damn bullies would've swiped them. I pretended those ones planned the attacks.

Lost most of my original 13 by not marking them. Wish I would have thought of that.

I never put myself in a position to lose figures. I was way to anal as a child. If I wrote on a figure it would have probably killed me.

Me and my brother agreed to always buy different figures. That's why I couldn't get Flint and the Twins but I got Quick Kick and Shipwreck instead.

I put a scratch on the bottom of the left foot.
No one at my school had Joes, but plenty wanted to take them. I remember some kid threw some version of Big Ben up it the air and broke his crotch piece and lost a leg. And my uncle put a leg from an ARAH Hawk on him since I had two. I have it around somewhere. |
