Ugh, I collect too much: DCUC, MOTUC, Transformers reissues, GI Joe, Marvel Universe, DKR Movie Masters, WWE Legends, NECA's 80s movie figures and Star Wars. Plus trying to build up a vintage collection of stuff. Ugh.

As a kid for me it was transformers then when that line started to fade I got into GI Joe in about '86-'87.
As an adult not its GI Joe - some stuff from the 80s I have like the Defiant, Flagg, Terrordrome, '83 HQ, Mobile Command Center, and Terrordrome of the larger stuff then of course lots of vehicles from then and a few figures. I also but Sideshow figures, POC, 30th, and of course 25th lines. Im still into transformers but hasbro hasnt put out anything I like ( I personally cant stand the movie figures) so its been with the 3rd party companies Ive been buying lately TFC Hercules, Fansproject, Maketoys, Igear etc.

Blimey... think I collected just about everything at one point as a nipper: MASK, Centurions, Robotix, Secret Wars, TMNT, SW, Zoids, Visionaries, Starcom, Tamiya kits (WW2 stuff), Micronauts, Britains miniatures... a lot more I don't even recall.
Now it's just Joe and MOTU Classics - the latter is ironic as I didn't collect the original Masters line: I thought the toys were rather ugly (loved the Filmation show though, and that's mainly what got me into the Classics)

As a kid..Star Wars, GI Joe, A D & D, TF G1, Robotech, Zoids, Stompers, and I tried a bunch of stuff like Flash Gordon, mego stuff very early, a tiny bit of MOTU, and some other jazz, but those were the main ones.
Now--GI Joe, Marvel Universe, Marvel legends, Star Wars, Revoltech, and some DC stuff. I also get Bowen, Kotobukiya, and Sideshow statues.

As a kid I was into Masters of the Universe, Transformers/Gobots, Ghostbusters and G.I. Joe. I briefly had some Kenner Star Wars figures when I was really young but sold them at a garage sale.
During my teen years I started collecting the Marvel Toy Biz stuff, Batman/Superman Animated Series and got hardcore into the then new Star Wars figures. When Hasbro brought back G.I. Joe in 2000 I focused on it but also briefly collected the Masters of the Universe 2 figures. As it is now I just collect o-ring Joes and have a humble wrestling figure collection as well. I have sold/given away most of my "new sculpt" era Joes, Star Wars, and MOTU 2 stuff. I do still have my Batman/Superman Animated Series things and the few modern era Joe figures I bought before I decide to stick with the o-ring guys. |

I currently only collect GI Joe.
When I was a kid, however, I had all kinds of stuff. GI Joe, Star Wars, Star Trek, Dick Tracy, TMNT, James Bond, Jr., Jurassic Park, MASK, Lego, Play Mobile, X-Men, Super Powers, MOTU, Matchbox/Hot Wheels, and Lionel Trains. I had more toys than I knew what to do with... And most of them are gone... |

As a kid it was Joe, Battle Beasts, Star Wars, and TMNT.
Nowadays it's strictly Joe's and Battle/Laser Beasts.

I myself only collect Joe and Transformers. My wife collects the Marvel 3/34 and the Kotobukiya statues. We are also avid comic collectors.
