So yeah, Grid-Iron is getting pushed back. I was thinking Copperhead, he's pretty big. Forgot about Stretcher, but he'd be up there in the top 10-15.

On the flipside, I picture Snake Eyes as one of the smaller Joes. Maybe not quite Ray Park short, but definitely an average sized guy.

Come on guys, need some help with Scar-Face. What would a "couriers" role be? It's a waste of a good head to make a figure from. Need to find something useful for this guy.
His original figure is going to be CC's personal chaffeur. But I think he needs to be something else in the Cobra forces.

He could specialize as an "anywhere in the world" type courier, who is available to transfer sensitive documents or other packages (anything that can't be delivered normally, which could include all kinds of stuff - like the plague serum from his early appearances). Hell, you could have him be the guy who smuggles arms into third (or first, for that matter) world countries for Cobra.

Going to use a Bazooka Trooper body and helmet (love the webbing on it) with the Scar-Face head. Thinking a Viper tact. vest.
I'm liking Fogger's suggestion.

If Stretcher is an Olympic Weight Lifter, and this is a question of Strength (like a bench press), it's going to be pretty hard to beat an Olympic Weight Lifter... maybe Sgt. Slaughter and Roadblock, but it's pretty dicey after that. Barrage and Checkpoint could certainly hold their own. I'm not really counting Fridge, or Roddy Piper... though, there is no question of their strength.
Outback is a BIG guy, but I've always figured his physique came from outdoors activities and doing a lot of Push-Ups. I'm sure he'd be fine on the Bench, but maybe not like a guy who trains regularly with weights like Rock & Roll or Recoil. No question about Horror Show and Big Bear... strong guys. I suppose, with Joe being a military unit, it might be a more pertinent question about the Army PT Test. That's the way they would measure Physical Fitness in a military unit... though in Special Forces weight training is required. I've been thinking about a G.I. Joe PT Test based on a combination of the Army PFT and the Marine Physical Fitness Test. Here's what I've come up with... Push-ups - Min 65; Max 100 - Total possible points: 100 Sit-up - Min 65; Max 100 - Total possible points: 100 Pull-ups - Min: 12; Max 25 - Total possible points: 100 5 mile run - Min: 40 mins; Max 30 mins - TPP: 100 1 mile swim - Min: 35 mins; Max 20 mins - TPP: 100 So it's a 500 point scale and each event is worth up to 100 points. The "Min" is the minimum allowed to pass, and the Maximum is the number a Joe needs to get the total number of possible points in that event. To pass this Joe Physical Fitness test, a Joe would need a total minimum score of 350, but a failure to meet the minimum in any event constitutes a failure of the entire test... in other words, you can't fail an event and hope to make up the points in another event - you have to at least pass every event. Because women on the Joe team are expected to be as good as the men, they would be held to the same standards. Now if we take a PT test like this into account, which Joes would perform the best?

Outback, Grid-Iron, Beachhead would win the PT Test
