Medical Sergeant: SIDESWIPE - 68W / 88M
Medical Sergeant: MED ALERT - 68W / Hand-to-Hand Combat Instructor
CBRN Sergeant: FLASH - 11B / 17E / 74D / 91G
CBRN Sergeant: BLOWTORCH - 11B / 91F / 12B
CBRN Sergeant: AIRTIGHT - 74D / 91J
CBRN Sergeant: CHARBROIL - 11B / 91F
CBRN Sergeant: CLEAN-SWEEP - 74D / 12B

I was trying to do a Firefighting / CBRN Team, but Medics I feel work here too. I am also debating on adding TOLLBOOTH & HARDTOP as Combat Engineers here as well, making this an 18 Troop Team
This is always the toughest group to figure out. I would think that a "Rescue Operation would be part of the Joes Wheel House, and a CBRN Special Ops team would certainly be something these Joes should be a part of like the Chemical Reconnaissance Battalion. But they are so boring. These guys need alternate roles and then they come together when a CBRN issue arises.

What are the rest of the Laser guys doing like Sci-Fi or Grand-Slam?

I'm just looking at where I shove these guys and aside from some of the medics like Lifeline, they are all together too. I feel like all my Troops need at least one Medic.

I use the artillery guys like Grand Slam as a 13F MOS that is trained as a joint fires observer. Flash and Sci Fi I just stick in a Troop under one of the Sabre Squadrons. They are both listed as Infantry so a direct action role works for them. They just happen to be the "tinkerers" in the teams so they may work with electronic devices such as range finders and such.

And I agree each Troop needs one medic. With whatever I have left over I have them placed in a medical troop under the combat services support squadron. They would be responsible with setting up a mini-first aid/surgery stations on forward operating bases and the like for when causalities may be rolling in.

Not sure if this helps or not, but the USMC CBIRF (chemical bio incident response force) was originally Task Force Consequence Management, with the idea that they were not there to fight, but rather to well, manage the consequences-start restoring power, map out the hot zone, evac casualties, set up decon etc. Who knows, they might come across a zombie or two created in the toxic environment.

I love the set up Darkhawk75 btw. Its a solid team. Not to take anything away from your troop there.

My focus with this same group is more focused on the special weapons role I envision the Joes have with field testing new equipment and development. So Airtight's Ordnance role, Clean Sweep's Combat Engineer MOS, and Ozone's Chemical Laboratory Specialist role is needed for all the Plasma and Laser weapons the Joes are developing from captured Alien tech. All my flamethrowers are firing Plasma Weapons. I know it's ridiculous, but so are flamethrowers on the modern battlefield.
